Inn at Court Square

Welcome to the Inn at Court Square, a small boutique hotel located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Here you will discover two beautiful restored houses, a Federal Period House built in 1785, the oldest existing house in Downtown and a Mansard roof house built in 1918. Innkeeper, Candace DeLoach brings the hospitality of her native Savannah to Central Virginia. The Luxury Inn offers 10 upscale guest rooms with private baths. A number are equipped with working fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. A complimentary glass of wine and cookies are offered upon checkin. On-site parking is available for an additional fee. We provide complimentary WiFi and Cable TV. The DeLoach family owns and operates the Inn. They have painstakingly restored the two houses, the interiors of which highlight their many years of experience in the antique business. Their antiques are for sale throughout the Inn and DeLoach Antiques next door. The Inns comfortable and beautifully appointed rooms also reflect the sophistication of Candace and her brother's work as Interior Designers in New York City and the East Coast. They have worked together as Interior Designers for over 25 years. The delicious breakfast for overnight guests includes the choice of local Vegetarian and Meat Quiches and Bread Pudding baked at the Inn by Pastry Chef Pat Chiavetta.
